No extra charges or services are charged. Additional services must be consulted at the hotel reception.
It is not necessary that you print your receipt, with your reservation number and your ID is enough to accredit you.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the cancellation is made 8 days in advance, 50% of the deposit is returned.
If the cancellation is made 7 to 2 days in advance, 25% of the deposit is returned.
One day before or No show there is no refund.
This policy applies in any season of the year.
The refund will be credited to your card, your bank account or your PayPal account balance, depending on the original payment method:
Payments made with your bank account will be refunded to the bank account.
Payments made with your PayPal balance will be refunded to your PayPal balance.
Payments made with a card will be refunded to the same card. Please note that due to card issuer policies, refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
Payments made with the card and another source of funds will be refunded to the card and the other source of funds, respectively.
